In their classic paper [Commun. Math. Phys. 93, 301-323 (1984; Zbl 0546.60058)] \textit{R. L. Hudson} and \textit{K. R. Parthasarathy} showed that the Fock space based on the Heisenberg-Weyl algebra hosts Brownian motion and Poisson processes. In this paper it is shown how a quantum exponential process can be constructed on the Fock space based on the finite-difference algebra, defined by \textit{P. Feinsilver} [Monatsh. Math. 104, 89-108 (1987; Zbl 0627.39003)].
