Subject to a mild hypothesis, it is proved that there exists a set of totally real cubic fields, with regulators \(R\) and discriminants \(D\), such that the corresponding numbers \(R/\log^ 2D\) are dense in the interval \([1/16, 1/12]\). The regulator spectrum for the totally real cubic fields is defined.
