The paper under review is the third part of a systematic study of submanifolds \(X_ m\) of \(ESX_ n\). For the first two parts see the authors and \textit{J. W. Lee} [ibid. 28, No. 8, 851-866 (1989; Zbl 0698.53008), 867-873 (1989; Zbl 0698.53009)]. The purpose of the present paper is to study the parallelism in \(ESX_ n\) and in its submanifold \(X_ m\), using the \(C\)-nonholonomic frame of reference and the new concept of \(ES_ i\) curves (see Definition 4.9. in the paper).
