The author shows a funny relation between certain graceful numberings of certain 2-regular graphs \(G=(V,E)\) (conneted as well as disconnected) of order \(| V|=m\geq 3\) and so-called Skolem sequences \(S(G)=\{a_ 0,\ldots,a_ m,b_ 0,\dots,b_ m\}\), \(a_ i,b_ i\in\{1,\ldots,m+1\}\), \(i,j\in\{0,\ldots,m\}\), by constructing \(S(G)\) successively by means of the graceful valuation of \(G\).
