In this presentation, wave propagation through the inospheric plasma has been considered. Coupled equations are obtained for different parameters through the susceptibility dyadic applicable to \(D\)- and lower \(E\)-region of the ionosphere. The dispersion relation for the medium has been derived from which other parameters of the medium can be obtained.
