The author proves that the matrix range \(W^ r_ m(A_ 1,\ldots,A_ p)\) is matricially convex for the Hermitian matrices \(A_ 1,\ldots,A_ p\) under some conditions. This result generalizes the Toeplitz-Hausdorff theorem on the convexity of the classical numerical range.
