Special completely integrable Hamiltonian systems with multi-time variables (each Hamiltonian system has its own time variable) are given. Under a suitable condition that says that the system has a singularity of regular type along a hyperplane, the authors obtain a reduction theorem for the given Hamiltonian systems.
