The paper gives a version of the classical existence result for generalized games with strategy spaces subsets of Euclidean space. The particular feature of this version is that preference correspondences are assumed lower hemi-continuous with open values. The result is reformulated in a way that allows for non-compact strategy spaces in a restricted way.
