The author continues the study of the second duals of general non- absolute type sequence spaces. Some special cases of the problem were discussed earlier in \textit{Wu Bo-Er}, \textit{Liu Yu-Qiang} and \textit{Lee Peng-Yee} [Proc. Anal. Conf. Singapore 1986, North Holland Math. Stud. 150, 285-290 (1988; Zbl 0655.46009)]. Some representation theorems are proved here.
