The author classifies all compact right topological semigroups \(S\) which contain a copy of the discrete semigroup \((\mathbb{N},+)\) such that \(S\setminus\mathbb{N}\) is finite. For all such \(S\) the remainder \(S\setminus\mathbb{N}\) is the minimal ideal of \(S\) and a right group with cyclic maximal subgroups.
