Summary: In this paper we study the existence of classical solutions for the quasilinear equation \(u_{tt}-\Delta u-M(\int_ \Omega|\nabla u|^ 2dx)\Delta u_{tt}=f\), with initial data \(u(0)=u_ 0\), \(u_ t(0)=u_ 1\) and homogeneous boundary conditions.
