This is the first article in a series of at least three articles on this model by the same author. He considered solutions of Schrödinger equations with time-dependent potentials known as charged transfer model. That includes local Coulomb-type singularities for higher dimensions. In this first article some properties of the propagators are studied. Introducing propagator invariant domains Hilbert space structures are established implying the strong continuity of the propagators.
