Mackey systems of monoidal categories and \(G\)-spectra (Q1187975)

Let \(G\) be a finite group. The author constructs an infinite loop space machine which produces \(G\)-spectra given a Mackey system of symmetric monoidal categories. The machine provides an equivariant infinite delooping of the classifying space \(BF(G)\) for stable spherical \(G\)- fibrations. Given a \(G\)-space \(X\), it also provides an infinite loop \(G\)- space whose homotopy groups are the equivariant Whitehead groups of \(X\).
