This paper is a sequel to part I of this paper [ibid. 98, No. 1, 122-168 (1991; Zbl 0726.58012)]. The author defines the notions of differential \(p\)-forms and \(\infty + p\)-forms on abstract Wiener spaces and develops some of their properties. In particular he proves a vanishing theorem of de Rham cohomology of Poincaré type. He also proves that certain elliptic operators on Wiener spaces are hypoelliptic, and a theorem of Poincaré inequality type.
