Solution of central and lateral coupling problems for an \(n\)-th order equation. II (Q1190057)

Using the results of part I [Teor. Funkts., Funkts. Anal. Prilozh. 52, 136--129 (1989; Zbl 0713.34006)] the author continues the investigation of equations of the type \[ \sum ^ n_{\nu=0}p_ \nu(z)y^{(\nu)}=0,\;p_ \nu(z)=\sum^ n_{\mu=\nu}a_{\nu \mu}z^ \mu, a_{nn}=1. \] In particular he shows that the function \(v_ k(\xi)\) (introduced in part I) is defined as a solution of a certain Jordan-Pochhammer equation.
