The author deals with the second order linear differential equation \(f''+Af=0\) in \(\mathbb{C}\) and proves two theorems concerning the zeros convergence exponents \(\lambda(f_ 1f_ 2)\), \(\lambda(f_ 1)\), \(\lambda(f_ 2)\) for two linearly independent solutions.
