\textit{H. Guggenheimer's} book ``Differential geometry'' (New York 1963; Zbl 0116.134) contains on p. 308 a list classifying unimodular-affinely homogeneous surfaces. The authors show that this list was incomplete so far, presenting another model which was missing on the classification list.
