A simple proof of the following Smale theorem [\textit{S. Smale}, Global Analysis, Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 14, 289-297 (1970; Zbl 0205.541)] is given. Theorem. If \(C^ 1\)-diffeomorphism of a compact boundaryless manifold satisfies Axiom \(\mathcal A\) and no cycle condition, then it is \(\Omega\)-stable.
