This short note is devoted to complete the proof of proposition 5 of the paper cited in the title [ibid. 54, No. 3, 263-273 (1990; Zbl 0662.14016)]. The possibility that a certain polynomial could be zero was overlooked there. In the note it is shown, in view of the hypotheses of the proposition, that this possibility never occurs.
