The authors consider the title equation in positive integers \(d\), \(k\), \(m\), \(x\), \(y\) subject to \(k\geq 2\), \(m\geq 2\). It is shown that \(\max(x,y,k)\) is bounded by an effectively computable number depending only on \(m\) and \(d\). The case \(d=1\) was considered in [Indag. Math., New Ser. 3, No. 1, 79-90 (1992; Zbl 0757.11011)] by the same authors.
