The main result of the paper is a multivariate Voronovskaja type theorem for the approximation of functions, \(f\in C^{2k}(T)\) (\(k\in\mathbb{N}\), \(T\) an arbitrary \(s\)-simplex in \(\mathbb{R}^ s\), \(s\in\mathbb{N}\)) by multivariate Bernstein polynomials on \(T\).
