The article is based on a ``point-reflection geometry''. In particular any two distinct points have a unique common line, through each point passes a unique line out of each class of parallels, and a point- reflection is assigned to each point. Result: If the given geometry is not a plane and all planes are exchange planes then every product of 3- point reflections is a point-reflection.
