The paper deals with the stability of seabed constituted by a cohesive soil subjected to wave loading. This problem is very important for the designing of offshore structures. The stability analysis is based on the yield theory. For a given cohesion gradient and water depth, the study presents the wave height and length for which the seabed remains stable.
