[For part I see the author and \textit{Y. Qu} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 41, No. 3, 269-284 (1991; Zbl 0739.30038)].] This paper is the continuation of the part I of the author's fuzzy complex analysis and studies the basic properties of a kind of fuzzy contour integrals which are with respect to the fuzzy mappings that map rectifiable curves in the complex plane into fuzzy complex numbers. The paper shows some interesting results about \(\alpha\)-cuts of the integral, when the integral is a fuzzy complex number, additivity, and the Cauchy integral theorem, and gives three ways to define the fuzzy line integral.
