An internal description of the fuzzy subring (fuzzy ideal) generated by a finite fuzzy subset of a ring is given. A fuzzy coset of a fuzzy ideal is defined and to the set of all such cosets a ring structure is given naturally. Some other related concepts such as fuzzy semiprime ideal are studied.
