\textit{Th. G. Goodwillie} [Ann. Math., II. Ser. 124, 347-402 (1986; Zbl 0627.18004)] proved that under a certain hypothesis rational relative algebraic \(K\)-theory is isomorphic to rational relative cyclic homology. The author extends this result and the method of proof to show that under the same hypothesis rational relative Hermitian \(K\)-theory is isomorphic to rational relative dihedral homology.
