The authors introduce in this paper the concept of uniform exact model matching and present a generalized Hankel matrix method to solve the linear time-varying analytic systems. Since the problem is reduced to that of solving a linear nonhomogeneous algebraic matrix equation, the results obtained is superior to those in one of the second author's papers [Proc. IEE Part D, 125, 66-70 (1978)].
