Let \(G\) be a reductive algebraic group over \(R\). Let \(\theta\) be a Cartan involution of \(G\) with fixed points set \(K\). Using an \(\theta\)-invariant torus to define the dual group \(^ L G^ 0\), the author studies the conjugacy problem of Cartan subgroups in \(^ L G^ 0\).
