It is considered a nonlinear control system with a generalized symmetry and necessary and sufficient conditions of controllability are derived. The symmetry is defined according to a K-dim. Lie group and it is claimed that a lot of systems in practice are symmetric. There are proved three Lemmas and one Theorem.
