The classification of all 151 nonisomorphic 2--(31,10,3) designs is completed in this paper, by finding all 107 such designs that admit only the trivial automorphism. The computational method used establishes that of the 960 nonisomorphic 2--(10,3,2) designs, exactly 612 are derived designs in a 2--(31,10,3) design; moreover, there are exactly 3809 residual 2--(21,7,3) designs.
