Using methods of [\textit{F. T. Farrel}, Math. J., Indiana Univ. 21, 315-346 (1971; Zbl 0242.57016)] and [\textit{F. T. Farrel} and \textit{W. C. Hsiang}, Am. J. Math. 95, 813-848 (1973; Zbl 0304.57009)] the author provides homological conditions for smooth free actions of finite groups \(G\) on certain orbitspaces ( infranilmanifolds) to allow for \(G\)- equivariant fibrations over \(S^ 1\) (with trivial action) and equivariant fiber preserving flows with orbits transversal to the fibres.
