The paper analyses the particular dynamics for the general model proposed by the authors in ibid., 385-415 (1993), see the preceding review, of a catalytic network formed by \(\underline n\) error-prone self-replicative species without and with superimposed competition. Section 2 presents the formulation of the particular model without superimposed competition, directly deduced from the general model in their preceding paper. Section 3 investigates the particular characteristics of this model with superimposed competition. Finally, Section 4 discusses the biological implications of the analysis within the framework of biological evolution.
