Nonlocal boundary value problems (Q1204610)

The author discusses the title problem for uniform/homogeneous structures under boundary conditions. She gives an example indicating that the slide rule chain interaction of particles provides the formation of boundary operators and structures depending upon the interaction between the particles and the character of boundary conditions. The discussion of the result and the formulation of the problem are good. The paper is nicely presented.
