Starting with an absolutely conservative method \(A\), the authors obtain a sufficient condition that connects the proof of absolutely total effectiveness of the product method \(A(C,1)\); where \((C,1)\) is the Cesàro arithmetic mean matrix; with the proof of \(| F_ 0|\)- effectiveness of the \(A\) matrix. Some interesting applications of this result are also presented.
