Eigenvalues in gaps and decoupling by Neumann boundary conditions (Q1206894)

The author continues his study of the eigenvalues of the operator \(- \Delta+V+\lambda W\) on \(\mathbb{R}^ n\) in a spectral gap of \(-\Delta+V\). Here \(W\) is assumed to decay at infinity and is allowed to change sign. He uses decoupling techniques on balls with various boundary conditions.
