From author's introduction: This is the second part of a series of papers describing the properties of \(\phi\)-orthogonally additive mappings for a sesquilinear form \(\phi\). While in the first part the symmetric orthogonality has been studied, here we examine the cases of non- symmetric and totally isotropic orthogonalities, showing essentially the general solution to be additive.
