The purpose of this contribution is to derive conservation laws valid for one- and two-dimensional linear viscoelasticity (Voigt model) using the neutral action method. The results presented are not exhaustive, but as a limited set, these laws should prove useful in the analysis of defects and fracture in linear viscoelastic material.
