Decision making problems with finite sets of alternatives, states and consequences are considered. Some additional conditions are suggested for the structure of this problem and for rationality of decision makers' judgments. This provides that decision makers' beliefs are modelled by means of a class of probability distributions, their preferences by means of a class of utility functions and alternatives are quasi ordered according to a set of expected utilities. Some connected unsolved problems are formulated.
