For the original paper see the preceding review. This is to correct a misprint in theorem 2.2. On page 159, line 11, the first sentence Then \(f\) is an isomorphism of \({\mathcal U}_ r (M)/H, \dots\) should read Then \(f\) is an isomorphism off \({\mathcal U}_ r (M)/H, \dots\).
