In the framework of the problem of potential and obstacle scattering, the eigenfunction expansion theorem is extended to highly singular Schrödinger operators with generalized potentials associated with singular measures on \(R^ n\). The existence of the associated Scattering Operator and Scattering Matrix are studied and their properties are explored and developed.
