[For part I, see the foregoing entry.] Plasma \(dc\)- and \(ac\)-conductivities are derived from a modified correlational hydrodynamics. The applied treatment takes into account both the retardation of the electromagnetic interaction and the interparticle correlations. The obtained theoretical results are compared with the experimental data.
