In a recent paper [J. Approximation Theory 53, 17-25 (1988; Zbl 0659.41005)] \textit{G. Berger} and \textit{M. Tasche} presented a constructive approach to Hermite-Lagrange two-point interpolation using Taylor's formula in the theory of right-invertible operators. In this paper we alternatively propose the argumentation via Peano kernels to obtain explicit representation formulas for this special kind of interpolation.
