Facilities location in a competitive environment: A Promethee based multiple criteria analysis (Q1264086)

A methodology for locating facilities in a competitive environment is introduced. In this methodology, the multicriteria approach and the notion of (\(\lambda\),\(\mu)\)-efficiency used in the Promethee method are appropriately integrated. The classical ``distance criterion'' is combined with a ``quality criterion'', to produce a more realistic representation of a customer's decision process.
