Let \(X\) be a complex analytic manifold. The aim of this paper is to generalize the construction of the Car\(^Z_Y({\mathcal M})\) upper bound of Laurent and Schapira for the characteristic variety of the induced system of a coherent \({\mathcal D}_X\)-module \({\mathcal M}\) on a smooth hypersurface \(Y\) of \(X\).
