The author uses the notion of ``near'' operators of \(S\). Campanato to give an implicit function theorem for an operator \(F(x,y)\) ``near'' to an injective operator. As consequence he studies the existence and uniqueness of the solution to some elliptic systems and the stability of the openness property for ``near'' operators.
