A note on polynomial automorphisms of finite lattices (Q1272095)

[In Abh. Math. Semin. Univ. Hamb. 43, 221-223 (1975; Zbl 0308.06005)] \textit{D. Schweigert} proved that each finite group \(G\) is isomorphic to the group of polynomial automorphisms of a finite atomistic lattice \(L_G\) of length 3. The proof was based on a result of R. Frucht: any finite group \(G\) is isomorphic to the group of automorphisms of a finite atomistic lattice \(H_G\) of length 3. In this note it is shown that in fact \(L_G\) can be taken as \(H_G\).
