The complete sublattice of the lattice of convex \(l\)-subgroups of an \(l\)-group that is generated by its polar subgroups (Q1272118)

If \(G\) is a lattice-ordered group (an \(l\)-group), denote by \(N(G)\) the complete sublattice of the lattice of convex \(l\)-subgroups of \(G\) generated by the set of polars in \(G\). The elements of \(N(G)\) are called \(N\)-subgroups of \(G\). The authors study properties of \(l\)-groups determined by their \(N\)-subgroups and characterize some classes of \(l\)-groups (for example the class of projectable \(l\)-groups) by means of their lattices of \(N\)-groups.
