The paper is a continuation of the author's previous one [Algebra Univers. 35, 524-547 (1996; Zbl 0855.03039)] where also all concepts are introduced. The main goal of Part II is to clarify the relation between equivalential algebras and Brouwerian semilattices. It is shown that two Brouwerian semilattices with isomorphic equivalential reducts are isomorphic.
