Summary: In this study, a new congruence is defined, by putting a tangent right conoid on each line of a ruled surface. Then, the concepts of tangent congruence, drall, and a relation among Blaschke vectors of Blaschke trihedrons having a common line are examined for a special case of this congruence. At the end, the concept of tangent congruences for some special congruences is examined.
