This paper is devoted to a symplectic invariant for separatrices of hyperbolic tori of maximal dimension. The construction resembles Lazutkin's homoclinic invariant and a similar invariant of Bolotin for asymptotic surfaces of a fixed point of a symplectic map. Moreover, the author proves a classification lemma for the canonical coordinates of an irreducible hyperbolic torus, which is of independent interest.
